Product Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our fruit-based products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of your purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Incorrect or Damaged Products: If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We request that you provide photos of the product in question along with your receipt. Eligible cases will receive a full refund or exchange.
- Subscription Services: For customers subscribed to our Whole Fruit Packs – Daily Variety or any other subscription service, cancellations can be made at any time before the next billing cycle. Past charges are non-refundable, but you won’t be billed for subsequent cycles after cancellation.
- Pre-Paid Services or Gift Cards: All sales are final for gift cards and pre-paid services, and they are non-refundable.
